Pricing Information

We are committed to provide you the lowest price we can for good quality products.  Keep in mind that your price will be based on the number of colors in your design, number of print locations, color of your apparel, and the total number of items you are screen printing.  Because of all the different variables involved in pricing for screen printing, we believe it is always best to offer you a quote for your specific job.  Please contact us for a quote by using the CONTACT FORM or by calling 717-977-4430. Artwork and Design Information

We are committed at Impact T-Shirts and More to provide “custom” screen printed apparel.  As such, we offer only a limited number of prepackaged designs which are part of our Church Partner Program on our website.

As you consider your “custom” design/graphic, please keep in mind that the quality of your art is very important for screen printing. The better the art, the better your t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, jackets, etc. will look.  Ideally we prefer artwork saved in Adobe Illustrator format (.ai).

With that said, if you don’t have a digital version of your art or if you are just in the idea stage, we can work from your sketch or general idea in order to make your order a reality. Make sure you if see something you like on a website, at a store, etc. that you provide us a picture and/or copy of the image to give us a good idea of what you are thinking. If you see it on another website, bookmark it and send us the link. We have an excellent graphic artist on our team who can assist you in getting your artwork ready for print. If additional fees are needed for the work of the graphic artist, we will quote those fees up front so you can know the exact cost prior to printing.

Here are the preferred formats and information for your designs/artwork:

Preferred art file formats needed for screen printing:

  • Adobe Illustrator (.ai) is our preferred format. Please convert text to outlines.
  • Adobe Photo Shop (.eps). Black and white, .tiff, .pict, .jpeg files scanned or created at 1200 DPI (high resolution) and at approximately the actual size of the imprint area.  NOTE:  Additional fees may be needed for screen printing when art is provided as an .eps file.
  • FreeHand (saved as Illustrator “.ai” format, Mac or PC).
  • InDesign files must be sent with the linked file.  A linked file may include .eps, .pict, .tiff, or .jpeg file formats.
  • CorelDraw (use Publish PDF).

Screen Printing FAQ’s

Here are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions (click on the + to see the answer). If you have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Generally, you will get you screen printed apparel within 2 weeks after the artwork is approved and we get the go ahead to do your job.  If you need it sooner, please discuss with us your desired timing and we will do our best to help you out.

One of the things that makes Impact T-Shirts and More unique is our willingness to do small jobs.  Our minimum quanity is 6 pieces of apparel for screen printing.  Ordering less than six becomes cost prohibitive because of the screen printing process.  Keep in mind that when you order low quantities the pricing will be higher than larger quantities.

Our price breaks for quantities when screen printing are 6, 12, 18, 24, 36, 72, 108. If you need more than 108, make sure you contact us to get the best price possible for your specific quantity.

The price we quote will be all inclusive with the exception of shipping the product to you if shipping is required.  We do not have a “screen prep” charge that we add to your job.   FYI – If you are comparing our prices with other screen printers, you will always want to ask about additional fees that may be added to your price.  It is a common practice of screen printers to display low prices for shirts and then add “screen prep” fees and “design” fees to screen printing jobs resulting in a much higher final cost.

For orders in the Waynesboro, PA, Chambersburg, PA, and Hagerstown, MD area, we will make arrangements with you to pick up your order or we will deliver it to you at no charge.

If we need to ship the completed order to you, we will add the “actual” shipping costs to your invoice. We ship UPS ground and do not mark-up shipping costs.  The price we include is exactly what it costs us to ship it to you.

We include in our pricing some simple artwork and design work to make sure we get your artwork into the required format for screen printing.  If you provide your artwork to us in the preferred art formts mentioned above, there will not be any additional design/artwork fees.

If your artwork is not in the correct format or if you don’t have artwork and we are providing a newly created design for you, we will always provide an estimate up front of what it will cost.  We will not proceed with the order until you give us the go ahead and you are satisfied with the estimate.

We generally keep our screens around for at least 30 days following a job.  For repeat orders within 30 days, we will do our best to provide the same price to you.  The exception could be our need to charge you a shipping fee for getting the apparel shipped to us so we can get it screen printed.  If we can add your apparel to another order, we will not charge the shipping fee.  Otherwise, the fee will most likely be in the $12 range for shipping.

If you anticipate having a repeat order within 6 months, make sure you tell us when you place the order. That will help us plan for a potential repeat order which could help cut down on the turnaround time.
